Welcome to Vihatara Exam Pulse (the “Website”), operated by Vihatara, India (“Vihatara”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, signing in with Google, or submitting any information, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. What the Website Does
Vihatara Exam Pulse is a free, community-driven tool for Indian competitive exam aspirants. It lets you estimate your expected score, compare your performance with other users through percentiles and score distributions, and appear on a public leaderboard under a nickname. Additional features may be added or removed over time.
2. Independence and No Official Affiliation
The Website is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any exam-conducting body, recruitment board, bank, government department, or any employer of its operator. All exam names are used only to identify the exams users are preparing for, and belong to their respective owners.
3. Estimates Are Not Official Results
- Scores, percentiles, ranks and distributions shown on the Website are estimates based on information voluntarily submitted by users.
- They are not official results, official cut-offs, or a prediction or guarantee of selection, rank or marks.
- Accuracy depends on the number and honesty of submissions. We show sample sizes so you can judge reliability; small samples can be misleading.
- Please do not make career, financial or application decisions based only on the Website. Always rely on official notifications and results.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.
5. Account and Google Sign-In
- You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.
- Your Google email address is kept private and is not shown publicly.
- You must provide accurate information and may hold only one account.
6. Your Submissions
- You may submit exam details such as exam, category, state, shift, attempts, expected accuracy and score.
- Each candidate may have only one active submission per exam and shift. You may edit or delete your submission at any time.
- You must submit only your own genuine data. Do not submit false, exaggerated, duplicate or copied data, or submit on behalf of someone else.
- Even if you keep your submission private (not on the leaderboard), it may still be used in anonymous, aggregated statistics such as percentiles and distributions.
- If you delete your submission, it will be removed from future calculations within a reasonable time.
7. Public Nickname and Leaderboard
- If you choose to appear on the leaderboard, your nickname, exam, and score information will be visible to other users and visitors.
- Do not use a nickname that contains your real name, contact details, or anything misleading, offensive, defamatory, or that impersonates another person or organisation.
- We may change or remove nicknames and entries that violate these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- manipulate or attempt to manipulate percentiles, rankings or the leaderboard, including through fake accounts, bots, scripts or coordinated false submissions;
- scrape, copy or republish the Website’s data in bulk without our written permission;
- attempt to access other users’ private data, probe or disrupt the Website, or bypass its security or limits;
- upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful or infringing content;
- use the Website for spam, advertising or any unlawful purpose.
We may remove submissions, flag or exclude suspicious data from calculations, and suspend or terminate accounts to protect the integrity of the Website.
9. Licence to Your Content
You keep ownership of the information you submit. By submitting it, you grant Vihatara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and use it to operate and improve the Website, including in anonymised and aggregated form (for example, in statistics, charts and shareable cards). When you share your result using the Website’s share features, you decide what is shared.
10. Intellectual Property
The Website’s design, software, text, graphics, logo and the Vihatara name are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Aggregated statistics may be shared with attribution to “Vihatara Exam Pulse”, but not as official data.
11. Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can access, correct or delete your data. By using the Website, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
12. Free Service and Changes
The Website is currently free. We may add paid features in the future and will tell you before any charge applies. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice, including because of low participation, technical problems or legal requirements.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website relies on third-party services such as Google Sign-In, hosting providers, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram for sharing. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or conduct. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any estimate, percentile, rank or other information is accurate, complete or reliable.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vihatara and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on estimates or comparisons shown on the Website, loss of data, or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vihatara harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Website, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Website and delete your account and submissions at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, attempt manipulation, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should continue (including ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive termination.

19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
